Who we are

A consulting firmthat ships software

IntelliConsult is a Saudi-native decision-intelligence platform for organization design, workforce planning and Saudization compliance. We take the questions boards ask every quarter — how many people should this business have, what should it cost, how do we hit our localization bands — and answer them continuously in software, on a client’s live data, inside Saudi rules.

That work has been our practice for two decades. Between us we have run restructurings, workforce sizing programs and Saudization mandates for family-owned groups, government-linked entities and listed companies across the Kingdom and the wider GCC. What we are productizing is not a theory of consulting — it is the specific set of models we already used, by hand, in front of Saudi boards.

The company runs as one business across two hubs. Riyadh holds the operating entity, client relationships and compliance; Cairo holds product and engineering. That corridor is what lets a young firm deliver consulting-grade IP at software economics.
